By accessing, booking, requesting, providing, or receiving services through Thrive Well Wellness Care ("Company"), all users, patients, attendants, guardians, and healthcare professionals agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

Thrive Well Wellness Care acts solely as a facilitator, coordinator, and intermediary between patients and independent healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, caregivers, attendants, and wellness service providers.

The Company does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes, recovery results, or medical improvements.

3. Independent Service Providers

Healthcare professionals registered with or associated with Thrive Well Wellness Care are independent professionals and are not employees of the Company unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any treatment, consultation, advice, diagnosis, exercise program, or healthcare service provided by such professionals shall be their sole responsibility.

4. No Medical Guarantee

The Company does not warrant or guarantee:

• Recovery from any medical condition.
• Improvement in health status.
• Specific treatment outcomes.
• Prevention of future medical complications.

Treatment results may vary from person to person.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients shall:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information.
• Inform the healthcare professional about existing medical conditions.
• Follow prescribed treatment instructions responsibly.
• Maintain a safe environment for service delivery.
• Cooperate during treatment sessions.

The Company shall not be liable for complications arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the patient.

6. Appointment and Service Availability

Appointments are subject to professional availability and service area coverage.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel appointments due to unavoidable circumstances including illness, emergencies, weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns.

7. Payment Terms

• All charges must be paid as per the agreed service plan.
• Fees once paid may be non-refundable unless specifically approved by the Company.
• Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed according to the Company's refund policy.
• The Company shall not be responsible for payment disputes arising directly between patients and independent service providers.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Patients must provide prior notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

The Company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations or missed appointments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thrive Well Wellness Care shall not be liable for:

• Theft, robbery, or loss of personal belongings.
• Property damage occurring at the patient's premises.
• Accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents.
• Misconduct by any third party.
• Payment disputes between users.
• Technical failures or communication issues.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Personal Safety and Conduct

Patients, attendants, family members, and healthcare professionals must maintain professional, respectful, and lawful conduct at all times.

The Company shall not be responsible for any personal disputes, inappropriate conduct, harassment, assault, or unlawful acts committed by any individual.

Any such incident shall be reported directly to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

11. Personal Relationships and Private Arrangements

The Company shall not be responsible for any personal, social, financial, romantic, or private arrangements entered into between patients and service providers outside the scope of the officially booked services.

Any such interactions shall be undertaken entirely at the parties' own risk.

12. Property Damage and Household Risks

The Company shall not be responsible for:

• Damage to household property.
• Loss of valuables.
• Fire, electrical hazards, or accidents occurring at the service location.
• Any consequential losses arising from such incidents.

13. Medical Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency, patients or attendants must immediately contact emergency medical services or the nearest hospital.

The Company shall not be liable for any injury, disability, hospitalization, deterioration of health, death, or casualty resulting from medical emergencies.

14. Verification and Background Checks

While the Company may conduct reasonable verification procedures for service providers, it does not guarantee the complete accuracy of information supplied by third parties.

15. Privacy and Confidentiality

The Company may collect and process personal information necessary for service delivery.

Users consent to the collection, storage, and use of such information in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, business materials, and branding associated with Thrive Well Wellness Care remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

17. Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any user who:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Engages in abusive behavior.
• Provides false information.
• Threatens the safety of staff or service providers.

18. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Well Wellness Care, its directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Use of services.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Negligence or misconduct by the user.

19. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, power failures, transportation disruptions, or emergencies.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
