REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Appointment Cancellation by Patient

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible
for rescheduling without additional charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may attract cancellation charges.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be treated as completed sessions and may not
qualify for a refund.
2. Appointment Cancellation by Service Provider
If a healthcare professional is unable to attend an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances,
Thrive Well Wellness Care will make reasonable efforts to:
- Reschedule the appointment.
- Arrange an alternative qualified professional.
- Process a refund where applicable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Service could not be provided due to provider unavailability.
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Incorrect payment amount charged due to a technical error.
- Other situations approved by management at its sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall generally not be granted for:
- Change of mind after booking.
- Missed appointments.
- Dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes.
- Failure to follow treatment recommendations.
- Incomplete sessions due to patient-related reasons.
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Package Plans and Memberships

Package fees and membership fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Unused sessions may be carried forward or adjusted only if approved by management.

Refunds for package plans, if approved, may be subject to administrative deductions.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall normally be processed within
7 to 15 business days through the original payment method,
subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Thrive Well Wellness Care reserves the right to evaluate exceptional cases individually
and make decisions regarding refunds, credits, or rescheduling at its sole discretion.
8. Policy Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time
without prior notice.
